Les Marinas de Brest opened this site to provide personal information to its users. No commercial use, even partial, of the data presented therein may be conducted without the prior written consent of Les Marinas de Brest. This page details the legal conditions that apply to each website visitor. The fact of consulting the website implies the unconditional acceptance and application of the specifications of this document.
Liability – liability waiver
a) Les Marinas de Brest have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information provided on its website. Despite the care taken in choosing the information placed on this site, it is possible that it contains errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The contractual liability of Les Marinas de Brest can in no way be held liable for any occasional and unexpected errors that may occur on the site. Furthermore, the information communicated on this site may be modified and updated without notice.
b) Les Marinas de Brest cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage, direct or indirect, whatever the causes (including those that may be caused by the possible spread of viruses or by computer fraud) or consequences resulting from the consultation of this site, its use, the information and the use of the information it contains or even the impossibility of having access to it, with the exception of direct damage resulting from gross or intentional negligence on the part of Les Marinas de Brest.
c) Moreover, the hypertext links placed on this site in order to supplement the information do not engage the responsibility of Les Marinas de Brest because of their content; no more than the content of external sites designating the site by a hypertext link, no control can be exercised by Les Marinas de Brest on these completely independent sites. a) The entirety of this site, the presentation and each of the elements, including logos, graphics, photographs, plans, videos, sounds etc., appearing on the site are protected by French and international legislation in force relating to intellectual property and are the exclusive property of Les Marinas de Brest.
b) No licence, nor any right other than that of consulting the ‘site’ is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the documents on the site is authorised for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use; any reproduction or any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
c) Use of documents: any information, image, video, advertising campaign etc. are protected as indicated above. These creations are burdened with the rights of third parties (i.e. photographers, models, illustrators, directors etc.) which are the subject of assignments of rights which have been negotiated by mutual agreement. As such, all reproduction, representation and public communication rights including downloadable documents representing creations (posters, press, films etc.) are reserved in this specific context.
No commercial exploitation is authorised and the clauses of paragraphs a, b and c are applicable. Failure to comply with the said clauses and their prohibitions constitutes an infringement which may engage the civil or criminal liability of the infringer.
Processing of personal data
The semi-public company Brest'aim manages the following public facilities: Le Quartz, Le Quartz Congrès, Brest Aréna, Brest Expo, Rïnkla Stadium, Océanopolis, Moulin Blanc and Chateau Marinas, and La Recouvrance. It processes the personal data of its visitors, spectators, users or customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 for the following purposes:
- Offering quality services within the facilities
- Ensuring the proper management of their services
- Providing information about their activities
- Responding to requests from different audiences and customers
The data is for the exclusive use of Brest'aim, the maximum retention period is 3 years in the context of current exchanges and 11 years after the last commercial transaction. They are not subject to any transfer outside the European Union.
You can request access, rectification or deletion of this data if it does not contravene the regulatory obligations and rights of Brest'aim.
